The Bridgepath well-being initiative works with community leaders, educators and EAP directors to make mental health and well-being accessible to all.
Bridgepath's workshops and programs are individually designed for the specific needs of your community, organization, or institution. Whether you serve a school, healthcare system, community center, or workplace, we offer evidence-based programming to support mental health, resilience, and well-being in changing times. All programs are available in both English and Spanish.
From 2015 to 2020, Bridgepath led a Yoga Therapy program at the Bergen County Jails Drug Rehabilitation Center in collaboration with Yoga Mountain volunteers — serving incarcerated individuals in recovery through trauma-informed somatic practice. The program ran for five years until the COVID-19 pandemic forced the center's closure."
Organizations that donate $2,000 or more to Bridgepath Foundation become eligible to select any of our wellbeing programs for their team — at no additional cost.
