💻 Live on Zoom

There is a mountain in northern Colombia that its people call the Heart of the World. The Wiwa have lived in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta since long before there was a Colombia. Their work is keeping the world in balance and they have kept that work alive through everything
Saga Ana Gil is a Saga of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. This September she is opening a series of encuentros to those of us outside her territory. She shares her own spiritual work. She does not speak on behalf of the Wiwa people or in representation of any organization.
This is the work itself offered live, with everyone present welcomed by name
You feel the pull toward older ways of knowing
You tend the earth or the water where you live
You have been seeking something with real roots underneath it
You want to sit in the presence of someone who carries a lineage intact
You simply want to arrive somewhere true
Saga Ana will introduce herself, her people, and the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. She will lead the harmonization with Madre Tierra and the four cardinal points, for balance of body, mind, and spirit.
We close in círculo de palabra, where each person present is welcomed and invited to speak or simply to listen.
Come as you are. There is nothing to prepare and nothing to bring.
The five encuentros that follow carry the rest of the path on Tuesdays and Thursdays:
October 03
Entrega de tributo · Limpieza mental
The Initial Offering - the clearing of the mind and the first act of connection with the Spiritual Parents
October 10
Contribución de alimento a los Padres Espirituales
Nourishing the Relationship - food offered to the Spiritual Parents as an act of care and reciprocity
October 17
Canto al agua · Canto de alimento
The Sacred Songs - songs to water and to food, the two elements that sustain all life
October 24
Historia de Shinukza y Abu Nububa
The Ancestral Stories - Shinukza and Abu Nububa, received after preparation, as this tradition requires
October 31
Cierre de armonización · Entrega de Shona
The Closing - the seal of harmony and protection that completes what the five sessions have built
Círculo de palabra follows every gathering.
Every session is recorded and sent to to registered participants
In the spirit of reciprocity, the full cycle carries a contribution of $222, a seed that travels back to the Sierra Nevada, supporting the Wiwa Women's Economic Sovereignty Program and the cultural preservation work Bridgepath accompanies there

Sessions are led in Spanish by Saga Ana. MariaClaudia translates and interprets.
Saga Ana Gil is a women elder and spiritual guide of the Wiwa people of Colombia's Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. She carries the Palabra Mayor: the living oral sacred law that the Wiwa have protected for generations.
She is a spiritual advisor and board member of Bridgepath Foundation. Her participation in these gatherings is her own offering, an opening of her spiritual work to those outside her territory.
