Right now, the Wiwa Mamos and Sagas are documenting their sacred law for the first time in history. Phase 2 begins in August 2026. The field work is led by the community. The organizational work behind it, the coordination, the storytelling, the systems, needs people like you.
Whether you have a few hours or a few days a month, your skills help keep this work moving. Below you'll find the roles we're actively looking to fill. If none of them quite fit but you feel called to contribute, reach out anyway. We'll find the right place.

Program & Community Support
Purpose: Hold the human container of Bridgepath programs
Ideal for people who:
Ideal for people who are drawn to service, healing spaces, and conscious community, and who have experience in wellness, education, or community organizing.
Roles may include:
● Supporting online and in-person circles, workshops, and masterclasses
● Assisting with participant onboarding and follow-ups
● Holding space during events (Zoom moderators, in-person support)
● Helping with surveys, reflections, and program feedback
● Community outreach
What helps most:
Emotional intelligence, reliability, and respect for cultural and spiritual contexts.
Marketing, Storytelling & Documentation
Purpose: Help Bridgepath tell its story with integrity
Ideal for people who:
Are creatives, communicators, and documentarians who care about ethical storytelling and non-extractive narrative.
Roles may include:
● Writing blog posts, newsletters, and impact stories
● Video editing, photography, audio storytelling
● Social media content aligned with your voice and values
● Supporting the future documentary vision
What helps most:
Strong listening skills, the ability to reflect rather than sensationalize, and alignment with language that honors rather than appropriates.
Operations, Admin & Systems
Purpose: Keep the organizational infrastructure running so nothing falls through the cracks.
Ideal for people who:
Are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently with minimal hand-holding.
Roles may include:
● Grant research and prospect tracking support
● Data entry, spreadsheet management, and document organization
● Email coordination and scheduling support
● Spanish-English translation (written materials)
● Maintaining the Master Grant Tracker and funder records
What helps most:
Reliability, discretion with sensitive organizational information, and comfort with Google Drive and basic project management tools.
